postage details

All orders are shipped at the buyers risk.

There is a £20 postage charge to UK addresses. This includes insurance, handling & packing costs.

I use a very reliable courier service guaranteeing next day (before 12:00) delivery.

As soon as the goods have been entrusted to a courier company by BigEars Audio, the risk transfers to the customer.

The goods should be examined immediately after delivery by the customer or an authorized individual to detect any transportation damages.

overseas shipping

All orders are shipped at the buyers risk.

Orders for overseas addresses are shipped at cost.
Insurance for overseas deliveries is only provided if requested.

Due to additional exporting charges and security measures, I must be contacted before I can export goods overseas. This will enable me to check the details of delivery to your region.

delivery times

The used equipment on offer is in stock and ready for dispatch.
Delivery will take a maximum of 7 days though your order will probably arrive sooner than this.

Please allow 7-14 days for delivery of the new equipment.

returns

Goods should be returned to BigEars Audio with their original wrapping and should be boxed and sealed as new. BigEars Audio will not be held responsible for any damages incurred in returning goods to us. The condition of the goods is the customer's responsibility until goods have been booked in, assessed and checked by BigEars Audio.

All returns must be protected properly for shipping and necessary precautions should be made (such as bubble wrap and strong packaging).

If goods that you are receiving appear to have significant external damage the customers should refuse delivery and contact BigEars Audio.

If you do agree to delivery of goods and, on further examination, they are damaged customers should contact BigEars Audio.

If it appears that you are missing goods, please contact contact BigEars Audio.

We advise that you check the dispatch note documentation thoroughly as your delivery may only include a part shipment of your order.


7 Day Returns Policy

Goods may be returned to BigEars Audio for a full refund (certain items are excluded from this offer) within 7 days of receipt in the original packaging.

All items are inspected upon receipt at BigEars Audio. If you are returning new sealed items under the 7 Day Returns Policy you will be required to pay for the shipment of your return.
The customer has a statutory duty to take reasonable care of any goods while in their possession if they wish to return them for refund. Goods returned for a refund must be in a acceptable condition. Items must be returned with their original intact packaging with manuals, original documents, accessories, registration card and any free gifts intact. If it is decided that the customer has not taken reasonable care of the manufactured goods while in their possession then recompense will be pursued.


Faulty Goods

If you suppose your item is faulty, please refer to the user manual to check the functionality of the product. The suspected fault may be part of the usual process of the product of which you were previously unaware.

If the fault is due to unsuitable handling or unsuitable packaging or shipment by the customer, or a third party on behalf of the customer, the use of inappropriate accessories or an alteration of the original components by the customer or a third party then this fault will not be covered by a warranty.

Items that are subject to mechanical wear (e.g. speaker drivers) will not be covered by warranty


Goods With A Fault Within 28 Days

Items developing a fault within 28 days of receipt will be eligible for replacement. If your item is faulty then follow then please contact BigEars Audio.

Once the fault is confirmed a replacement item will be sent. If an item is not in stock then a replacement will be sent as soon as possible. If the fault cannot be reproduced we will contact you to discuss this and send the item back to you.


Goods With A Fault After 28 Days Within The 12 Month Warranty

Items developing a fault after 28 days of receipt will be eligible for repair or replacement depending on the manufacturer's policy. If your item is faulty then please contact BigEars Audio.

Once the fault is confirmed the item will be sent back to the manufacturer for evaluation

  • If the manufacturer opts to repair the goods then we will return the repaired goods to you
  • If the manufacturer opts to replace the goods then we will return a replacement to you
  • If the fault cannot be reproduced we will contact you to discuss this and send the item back to you


Goods Developing A Fault After The 12 Month Warranty Period

New goods developing a fault after 12 month warranty period are not eligible to be sent back to BigEars Audio. We can, upon request, offer advice on repairs.
