To ensure best audio performance, the recording output has
a buffer op-amp, so loading from the recording machine does
not affect the main signal path.
The RCA unbalanced output has a separate buffer amplifier,
keeping it independent of the balanced XLR output.
Therefore, the RCA output load does not reduce the balanced
output’s common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR).
Bypass-functions:
The XLR input is sent directly to XLR output, and all other
circuits are bypassed. This allows a CD player or DAC with
level control to drive the power amplifiers directly,
without moving cables. The other bypass function is
intended for home theatre use, so the surround processor
output for Main L&R can pass through the D3.
The dual mono GamuT D3 is the natural pivot point for any
high-end system. The clarity and musicality will satisfy
even the most critical connoisseur. It can accommodate an
FM tuner or other secondary sources, and still keep a
direct path for the CD or SACD signal.

transmission through cables, and the ”WormHole” cable
solution, significant improvements have been achieved.
-The development and trimming of our new “Balanced” power
supply coupling practically eliminates noise transmitting
from the mains through to the output signal, resulting in a
lower
subjective noise floor and improved dynamic range.
The
fine trimming of the output stages in the D200i has
resulted in higher maximum power into low impedance loads
and especially higher dynamic peak current capability.
Combined with the sonic improvements of the “WormHoles”
internal wiring, and the “Balanced” power supply coupling,
“Higher Performance” is both audible and measurable.
The
new Glass insert with the machined aluminium power button,
