The UNICO P is the "little brother" of the blazoned UNICO.
It supplies a declared power of 50W per channel, but
laboratory tests has always verified a power of about 70W
per channel.
It employs a preamplification tube (ECC82).
Assistance can be carried out very easily and fast thanks
to the modulated realization of the power amplifiers.
Each one of the two amplifiers on its inside uses a 520gr.
heatsink, and the power transformer has been created in
order to allow power supply without problems durinq musical
transitories.
As the UNICO, the UNICO P uses ALPS rotary potentiometer
(RK27 series), and the control of volume is via infrared;
it uses the same transmission and reception codes of all
other units of UNICO series, and so it is possible to
control the volume also with the remote controls of others
apparatuses of the UNICO series.
Inside the apparatus there is a particular circuit that
checks continuously the functions of the main internal
parts, and the leds on the front panel indicate any anomaly
found.

Hybrid Integrated Amplifier born from the UNICO amplifier.
With it we want achieve the goal of improve the nominal
out-put power arriving to 130 W on 8 ohm, and improve the
extension in frequency.
For achieve that we have double out-put (now we have 4
MOS-FET per channel), we have increase the capability of
the filter and more power on driver stages.
This can permitted double the capability of current
out-put, of the amplifier, so it can easily work at lower
loud impedance value. In the same time we improve the
realibility, thanks to more distribution of power
consumption.
Another improvement is the placement of the power
capacitors and MOS-FET they are at minimum distance.
The drivers stages were modified, we using in it a
transistors circuits instead of single transistors, this
improve the frequency response, the speed and linear of
driver. We use the same driver used for the UNICO 200,
where the problem of pilot the power MOS-FET are more.
The in-put stage is the same of the UNICO, used the double
triode and a stage of communication voltage-current with
bipolar transistor.

UNICO 200 will be an integrated hybrid amplifier of more of
250W per channel, with six pairs of MOSFET per channel. The
input selection is carried out with signal relays sealed in
azote atmosphere and gold contacts.
It uses ALPS rotary potentiometer.

UNICO DM

Unico DM is a dual-mono power amplifier using both valves
and mosfets. It combines the sweetness and sonic purity of
a valve input stage with a high power output stage to give
complete control over any loudspeaker. Unico DM has also
been designed for maximum versatility.
It can be switched to mono to give 500 watts, and can be
used in a multi-unit system in which power linking and
switching are taken care of automatically.
Twin triode ECC82 signal valves are used in the input stage
and give to DM its convincingly natural sound quality. The
output stage employs two pairs of complementary mosfets per
channel to provide a generous 150 watts of power.
Balanced (XLR) and unbalanced input connectors are
provided, with the possibility of simultaneous operation.
In bridged mode (mono) either balanced or unbalanced inputs
may be used as required.
More than one DM power amplifier and associated
preamplifier may be used together, for which a power link
facility is provided. This allows automatic sequential
delayed switch-on of all units connected by the link.
When the DM is not operating, it remains in stand-by, ready
for music activated automatic switch-on. In stand-by, power
consumption is very low.
The front panel hosts an impressive power switch, back-lit
by an array of multi-function leds. As well as providing
smooth, uniform illumination, these leds also serve as
status condition indicators. During stand-by, illumination
is reduced to low level. On power-up, the intensity of
illumination gradually increases; and if the protection
circuit is activated for any reason the leds will initiate
a warning signal by flashing repeatedly.
Unico DM is a big-hearted, versatile and fine sounding
amplifier. And like all Unison Research products, it is
